On Sir David’s 100th birthday, the Maritime Foundation joins today’s very special celebrations, wishing the legendary broadcaster and conservationist a very happy birthday.
Sir David Attenborough was awarded the prestigious Maritime Fellowship Award at the 2018 Maritime Media Awards for raising public awareness of how life on Earth depends on the oceans.
On behalf of everyone at the Maritime Foundation – thank you Sir David for everything you have done to bring the oceans into every home across our island nation, and we wish you a very happy birthday.
