The 27th Annual Maritime Media Awards
The Maritime Media Awards 2022 took place on Monday, 22 May 2023 at the Union Jack Club, London. This year marked the twenty-seventh year of the Maritime Media Awards, which were launched in 1995 to honour journalists, authors and others whose work in the media has served to create a greater public understanding of maritime issues, and of Britain’s manifold dependence on the sea.
Presented by Rear-Admiral Dr Chris Parry CBE, the 27th-annual awards included the Royal Navy’s annual presentation of the Desmond Wettern Fleet Award.
